As per clause 12 of The Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act 2009 (35 of 2009)-At least 25% (Twenty five percent) seats of total strength of Pre Nursery and class I will be reserved for the Children belonging to weaker section and disadvantaged group in the neighbourhood and will be provided Free and compulsory elementary education till its completion. As per clause 13 of the right of children to free and compulsory education act 2009 (35 of 2009)-no CAPITATION FREE will be collected by the school or any person while admitting a child. And also neither the child nor his or her parents or guardians will be subject to any screening procedure. Terminal, half yearly and annual examinations are conducted. Besides, monthly tests of each subject are conducted. All examinations and tests are compulsory. In case, if a students fails to attend any examination or test on medical ground, the principal permits the concerned student to appear for the same. Promotion to the next higher class is decided on the basic of his/her performance of the monthly assessments.
